My Daily Workout Log

Here I will post my daily workouts.  I usually try to do strength training 2-3 times/week and high intensity cardio 4-6 times/week for anywhere from 30-60 minutes depending on the day.  Keep in mind that most of these workouts will not be “gym workouts” because I don’t currently have a gym membership. 😦  (One day…)  It forces me to be creative with my workouts though, and variety is key to having fun and seeing results while working out!

Tuesday 09/06: Quick Cardio Circuit Workout (3x); Full body weights

Wednesday 09/07: “Jillian Michael’s Banish Fat Boost Metabolism” DVD

Thursday 09/08: 15 minute jog; “Jillian Michael’s Ripped in 30” DVD

Friday 09/09: 4 mile run

Saturday 09/10: 15 minute run; full body weights circuits (similar to this)

Tuesday 08/30: 15 minute jog; Body Pump Style Weights Workout

Wednesday 08/31: 3 mile hilly run

Thursday 09/01: “Jillian Michael’s 30 Day Shred”: Levels 1 & 2 workouts

Friday 09/02: 45 minute walk

Saturday 09/03: Rest

Sunday 09/04: Mega Circuit Workout
