Cardio Circuit Workout (below)
Do each exercise for one minute. “Rest” by jogging in place for thirty seconds and then move on to the next exercise. Repeat as you go through each exercise. Go through list of exercises 3-5 times depending on your fitness level. (I did it 4 times, and it took me about 50 minutes)
- Body weight squat
- Jumping Jacks
- Plank
- Alternate leg lunge
- Hip lift (lie on your back, knees bent, press your hips up, drop back down at a controlled pace).
- Side plank (30 seconds each side)
- High knee jog on the spot
- Basic crunch
- Mountain climbers
